Responsibilities: Organizing, coordinating, and performing the reimbursement function for Piedmont Healthcare and system entities, including the preparation of entity Medicare/Medicaid/ Tricare cost reports, surveys, audits, appeals, budget and planning in an effort to assist management in operational and compliance decisions. Responsible for building and developing reports in EPIC and Tableau to support the Government Reimbursement department. Qualifications: Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Required or
- In Lieu of degree six (6) years of work experience in IS support, database development/management, designing workflow processes, and report development and analysis will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required
- 5 years of experience in reimbursement, developing data templates/custom reports in EPIC and Tableau as well as analyzing data, identifying trends and potential issues Required or
- In lieu of degree eleven (11) years of of experience in reimbursement, developing data templates/custom reports in EPIC and Tableau as well as analyzing data, identifying trends and potential issues Required
