Paralegal- Commercial Real Estate
A leading law firm seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and review title, survey, and due diligence materials.
Prepare and manage closing checklists, binders, and related documentation.
Draft and revise contracts, amendments, and ancillary documents.
Assist with acquisition, sale, development, and financing transactions.
Oversee title insurance commitments, proformas, and final policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate, ideally in a law firm setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign; iManage or Kofax experience a plus.
Exceptional organization, communication, and client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and professionalism.
