Care Girl Agency is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide compassionate, reliable support to clients in their day-to-day lives in Decatur, GA.
Position SummaryAs a Caregiver, you will help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence through attentive care and supportive companionship. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and focused on making a positive difference in the lives of others.
You will work onsite in Decatur, GA and assist with everyday tasks while following care plans and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on assistance with daily living activities based on individualized care needs
Offer companionship and support that promotes comfort, routine, and client well-being
Assist with light housekeeping and other everyday tasks as directed by care expectations
Monitor client needs and report relevant changes to the appropriate person promptly
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment in accordance with established guidelines
Ability to provide compassionate, patient, and respectful care to clients
Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to completing assigned shifts
Comfortable supporting clients with daily routines and personal care tasks
Ability to follow care instructions and document or communicate updates as needed
Willingness to work onsite in Decatur, GA for part-time schedules
Prior caregiving or related experience in home care or senior services
Experience supporting clients with mobility, daily routines, or personal care needs
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a care team
Training or familiarity with safety practices for caregiving environments
Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in client interactions
Hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00
