✅ Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on high-tech packaging machines.
✅ Install & Maintain – Set up, calibrate, and optimize equipment at customer locations.
✅ Remote & On-Site Support – Provide expert assistance both in person and via cutting-edge remote support technology.
✅ Customer Engagement – Deliver top-tier service while training customers on proper machine operation.
✅ Team Collaboration – Work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and service managers.

???? Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
???? Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges.
???? Customer-Focused Approach: Strong communication skills and a "Can Do" attitude.
???? Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively (70-85%) and adapt to changing schedules.
