Continuous Improvement Manager

Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive excellence programs to enhance organizational performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive effective decision-making
- Facilitate training workshops and seminars to promote excellence and continuous improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to align strategies with overall business objectives
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with excellence standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarks to ensure best practices are implemented
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in a role focused on continuous improvement or operational excellence
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial / manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals
- Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, TPS and Toyota Way, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
