This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure is looking for a motivated technology leader that can inspire teams to deliver and operate best in class healthcare solutions. We're looking for a Manager of Engineering with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in distributed systems, virtualized infrastructure, and highly available services. You should be a systems generalist with a strong operational background and a proven ability to identify and prosecute opportunities that deliver customer success. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn. You will also have experience delivering and operating solutions within a Managed Services environment that manage critical client workloads. Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
