Field Compliance Coordinator (Bilingual)
$22/hr. Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day, frontline supervision of Team Leads and Service Technicians across an assigned territory.
• Ensure team provides timely and effective support, resolving staff inquiries and complex customer issues.
• Maintain quality standards for Field Service operations, ensuring inventory is maintained at appropriate levels.
• Identify reactive work order opportunities and communicate with management to propose changes.
• Communicate, implement and support process change initiatives as directed by management.
• Manage team projects as assigned, providing administrative support as required.
• Act as a key escalation point for team technical and process issues, overseeing ongoing problem resolution.
• Work with Project Manager and Compliance Supervisor to allocate assignments, establish work priorities, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracted customer agreements, and established Scope of Work.

Qualifications:

• Training and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or GED, and five years of responsible administrative support experience. College or business school training may be substituted for up to two years of the experience requirement.
• Knowledge of office management practices, recordkeeping, and customer service principles.
• Skilled in communication with various audiences, operating modern office equipment, and composing and maintaining correspondence and reports.
• Ability to present materials to groups and individuals, work independently, handle sensitive and confidential matters, and follow broad and complex instructions.

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• The position requires constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copier, and printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with other departments. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Work Environment:

• Work is generally performed in a combination of field and office work.
• Position involves local travel and occasional evening or weekend work.
