Help Desk II

Description This is a contract-to-permanent, onsite role based in the Metro Atlanta area. The Help Desk II Technician supports escalated user issues that require deeper troubleshooting and technical expertise. This role handles account administration, permissions, O365 issues, workstation configuration, VPN access, and intermediate networking problems. The position works closely with Tier III, Desktop, and Systems teams to ensure timely resolution and high-quality service.
