🔎 About the Role

As a Circuit Breaker Technical Expert , you’ll be the trusted authority ensuring performance, maintenance, and reliability of HV circuit breakers. You’ll partner with customers directly, mentor younger technicians, and drive innovation and excellence in every project.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• 🧰 Troubleshoot and resolve complex breaker issues.

• 🔧 Develop & implement maintenance strategies to maximize reliability.

• 📝 Review Bills of Materials, drawings, and technical documentation.

• 👨‍🏫 Train and mentor junior technicians & engineers.

• 📡 Stay current with evolving circuit breaker technology and standards.

• 🤝 Build lasting customer relationships — from spare parts offers to field service.

• 📞 Provide real-time updates on inspections, orders, and service requests.

• 💼 Support the sales team with technical input for proposals and bids.

🎯 What You Bring

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering OR 10+ years HV breaker maintenance/diagnostics.

• ⚡ Deep knowledge of breaker systems, applications, and field troubleshooting.

• 🧩 Proven problem-solver with technical expertise.

• 🗣️ Strong communication and customer service skills.

• 🛡️ Safety-focused, detail-oriented mindset.

• ✈️ Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
