The Kitchen Supervisor at Jonesboro Dwarf House will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of the restaurant, ensuring food quality, safety and cleanliness standards are met, and managing a team of kitchen staff. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in Jonesboro, Georgia with a salary of $18 per hour, paid biweekly.

- Manage and supervise all kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all recipes and portion sizes are followed accurately to maintain food quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
- Monitor inventory and place orders for food and supplies as needed
- Create and implement kitchen operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Enforce food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus and specials that align with customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Conduct regular inventory and cost analysis to maintain profitability
- Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner Requirements:
- Experience working as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality/restaurant setting preferred
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in inventory and cost control management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred
