We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our onsite team. This role is responsible for assisting clients with leasing, purchasing, selling, and evaluating commercial properties, including office, industrial, warehouse, retail, investment, and land assets. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Represent business owners, investors, tenants, and buyers in commercial real estate transactions.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct property tours and site evaluations for prospective clients.
- Assist clients with leasing, purchasing, and selling commercial properties.
- Prepare property analyses, market reports, and comparative market evaluations.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and transaction terms.
- Coordinate due diligence activities and transaction documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transaction activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and business leaders.
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and economic developments affecting commercial real estate.
- Collaborate with brokers, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Active Georgia Real Estate License or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales, real estate, business development, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and real estate software tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, or property management.
- Knowledge of office, industrial, retail, and investment property markets.
- Understanding of lease structures, financial analysis, and commercial transactions.
- Existing professional network within the Atlanta business community.
- Experience with tenant representation and buyer representation services.
