Maitre d’
We are seeking an outgoing and gracious Maitre d to lead our host team, assist in the general operations of daily service and manage the floor. The right candidate is:
– Organized and detail oriented
– Cool under pressure and gracious with guests
– An energetic team leader capable of learning, growing and innovating to enhance the operation of the restaurant every day.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-daily opening/closing
-hiring/training
-managing the reservation book and phone system
-event management-reservations and guest relations
-attract and maintain core regulars
