Regional Sales Executive - Office Refreshment Services

Position Title: Regional Sales Executive - ORS Reports To: Regional Sales Director Location: Required to work onsite from Royal Cup facility in Atlanta, GA. This is not a remote work position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Executive - ORS reports to the Regional Sales Director and is a strategic sales position that supports our efforts to grow the Office Refreshment Services division. The incumbent will have a knack for business development to businesses of all sizes through promotion, selling, and servicing office refreshment solutions. The Regional Sales Executive - ORS must possess the following skillsets: developing and maintaining relationships, exceptional communication skills, and proven ability to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality within the corporate business environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • None.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Business Development:
  • Prospect and identify potential customers through cold calls, referrals, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Present and promote office refreshment products, services, and customize packages to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals.
Account Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor consistent touchpoints with clients to better understand their business needs and recommend new products or services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Business Improvement:
  • Delivering customer feedback and competitive intelligence to the broader sales organization
  • Leverage resources available to help accounts grow
  • Stay up to date on all product offerings, pricing, promotions, and competitors.
  • Provide samples, demos, and presentations to potential customers.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software
  • All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field or combined education & equivalent sales experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or another relevant role that demonstrates a strong record of business growth through effective selling and account management.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and have basic IT skills
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and personal automobile insurance as required by state law. Proof of both may be required at time of hire and periodically thereafter
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think strategically with a focus on the day-to-day execution of business as well as long range future planning
  • Ability to travel, as required and regularly requiring overnight stays to travel to customer locations, attend meetings, training and other work-related events as scheduled.
  • Ability to successfully pass the pre-employment process. (Please note: Due to the vehicular travel requirements this position is considered safety sensitive, therefore, candidates are required to successfully pass a drug test prior to employment. In addition, you will also be required to complete and pass a pre-employment background check and a motor vehicle records check.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in office products, beverages, or food service industries.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • The ability to walk and/or stand for extensive periods of time, sometimes for a significant portion of the workday while visiting customer locations or attending business related events.
  • Frequent interaction with others through verbal communication and hearing
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • The ability to lift up to 15 pounds with or without assistance.
