- Lead in-home consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions
- Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
- Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
- Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals
- Youve personally closed $1M+ annually in remodeling sales
- Youre confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
- Youre frustrated by:
- weak leads
- slow internal processes
- capped commissions
- You want your income to reflect your actual performance
- 1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week
- Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day)
- 2 Saturdays/month
- Limited evening appointments
