Professional Services Engagement Manager

IDR is seeking a Professional Services Engagement Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Norcross, Georgia. This role involves managing and accelerating professional services opportunities by acting as a crucial liaison between Sales, Delivery, and RevOps teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment within the RevOps and professional services industry.

Position Overview for the Professional Services Engagement Manager:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for PS engagement within designated regions or accounts, aligned closely with Sales and PS leadership.
• Engage early in opportunities to clarify scope, structure, and readiness for SOW creation.
• Track opportunities and SOWs to identify and proactively resolve risks, delays, or ownership gaps.
• Ensure all PS engagements adhere to standards, architectures, and productized offerings, reinforcing the use of accelerators and modular services.
• Provide regular status updates and support analytics efforts to enhance engagement visibility and process improvements.

Requirements for the Professional Services Engagement Manager:

• Proven experience in professional services or RevOps roles with a focus on deal acceleration and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of PS engagement processes, SOW development, and opportunity lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across sales and delivery teams.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and coordinate cross-functional efforts to remove them efficiently.
• Experience supporting strategic opportunities, including complex or high-value deals.
