FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

An established corporate legal service company, located near Gwinnett Place Mall, is seeking an Front Desk/Accounting Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in long term career growth. Candidate will be an important member of the Accounting team that serves customers via telephone; accounting and administrative data entry. The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

This position is located in Duluth, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES could include, but not limited to:
* Answer incoming telephone calls in high volume setting
* Sort/Open/Distribute incoming correspondence
* Data Entry into proprietary database and accounting software
* Data Entry of Payables and/or Receivables

QUALIFICATIONS :
* Stable work history
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
* Accurate data entry abilities and attentiveness to details
* Must work well with deadlines
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with great organizational skills
