Job Summary

Job Description:
Deliver the ultimate premium experience! As a Premium Manager, you will oversee and elevate all aspects of our premium services. You will ensure guests receive world-class hospitality, while coordinating event execution, managing premium service teams, and maintaining high service standards in all premium spaces.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field

• 3+ years in premium service, VIP, or hospitality leadership

• Proficiency with POS and event management systems

• Food Safety and Alcohol Service Certifications (as required by local law)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead premium service operations during events

• Coordinate staffing and training for premium areas

• Ensure premium spaces are prepared, stocked, and guest-ready

• Liaise with culinary and beverage teams to execute service

• Address and resolve guest issues swiftly and professionally

• Monitor compliance with food safety and alcohol policies

• Track performance metrics and implement service improvements
