Job Description:
Deliver the ultimate premium experience! As a Premium Manager, you will oversee and elevate all aspects of our premium services. You will ensure guests receive world-class hospitality, while coordinating event execution, managing premium service teams, and maintaining high service standards in all premium spaces.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
3+ years in premium service, VIP, or hospitality leadership
Proficiency with POS and event management systems
Food Safety and Alcohol Service Certifications (as required by local law)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead premium service operations during events
Coordinate staffing and training for premium areas
Ensure premium spaces are prepared, stocked, and guest-ready
Liaise with culinary and beverage teams to execute service
Address and resolve guest issues swiftly and professionally
Monitor compliance with food safety and alcohol policies
Track performance metrics and implement service improvements
