Customer Service Representative
In a Customer Service Representative job youll be responsible for:
- Handling calls weekly
- Answering questions about order status, pick-up, products, and company information
- Providing in person support in the showroom: welcoming customers, showing product displays, and assisting with product related questions
- Redirecting customers to their respective representatives
- Cover Warehouse Front Desk Operations (only one hour daily)
What youll need:
- Customer Service Representative experience
- Previous Call Center/ Data entry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

8:00am-5:00pm
$17.00/hr
