About the Role:
Join ELITE LANDSCAPE SERVICES LLC as a Crew Leader in Lawn Maintenance, where you'll lead a dynamic team in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while ensuring top-notch service for our valued clients in Woodstock, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of lawn maintenance technicians.
- Plan and execute daily lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging and trimming.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high service standards.
- Communicate effectively with management to understand clients needs and provide solutions.
- Manage equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
- Assist in scheduling and route planning for efficient service delivery as needed.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment among crew members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care techniques, and equipment operation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
