Remote Booking Coordinator
Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Booking Coordinator to support clients by managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every detail is accurate and confirmed. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly from start to finish.
This position is best suited for individuals who can work independently while utilizing structured systems, training, and tools provided. If youre dependable, tech-comfortable, and enjoy supporting clients behind the scenes, this role offers flexibility and long-term growth potential.
What Youll Do:
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and booking updates
- Coordinate schedules and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients to gather required details and provide timely updates
- Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
- Track changes and follow up on outstanding items
- Provide professional, friendly support throughout the process
What Were Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
