About the Role
We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with law firm or personal injury marketing experience who understands ethical advertising and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand visibility
- Manage digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, website, and social media)
- Oversee content, messaging, and advertising compliance
- Track performance metrics and report ROI
- Collaborate with attorneys and intake teams to support firm growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience (law firm or personal injury preferred)
- Strong knowledge of legal advertising rules
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, and social platforms
- Excellent communication and project management skills
