You will crucially manage the tool inventory, deliver seamless availability of equipment, and support the team that delivers top-quality solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for those experienced in tooling, pride themselves on their organizational skills, and love to contribute in a fast-paced environment. This first-shift need pays $26-$29 per hour (based on experience) as you grow with a company that values safety, precision, and teamwork.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage tools using Crib Master or similar systems.
• Prepare production orders for CNC machines based on schedule.
• Monitor inventory and distribute shop supplies.
• Maintain, inspect, and repair tools as needed.
• Utilized JobPack and Tool Crib software for job tracking and scheduling.
• Follow 5S and Lean practices to maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Promote a safety-first environment through safety procedures and use of appropriate PPE.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform.
• Safety-focused with a dependable work ethic.
• Performance delivery on both independent and team perspectives.
• Previous tool crib, tooling, or manufacturing experience preferred .
• Familiarity with CNC environments, Crib Master, or JobPack is a plus .
