Proclinical is seeking a Lab Technician to support microbiological testing and environmental monitoring activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves conducting critical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biological sciences, or a related technical field.
• Experience in microbiology testing, including environmental monitoring, endotoxin testing, bioburden analysis, microbial identification, and sterility testing.
• Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and computer systems.
• Strong understanding of biology and chemistry principles.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain data integrity.

The Lab Technician's responsibilities will be:

• Collect samples from manufacturing areas to evaluate environmental classification and critical utility integrity.
• Perform biological, chemical, and physical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
• Conduct microbial identification, endotoxin testing, bioburden analysis, and sterility testing.
• Operate sophisticated laboratory instrumentation and computer systems, including LIMS.
• Complete all testing, including special project-protocol testing, in a timely manner.
• Initiate and obtain approval for test requests.
• Maintain inventory and supplies necessary for routine testing.
• Follow continuous improvement practices such as QLP, 5S, and LEAN methodologies.
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibrations as required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, FDA regulations, GLP, QSR, and cGMP standards.
• Perform release functions in LIMS or other computerized systems.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
