Bathroom/Shower Installer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bathroom/Shower Installer at Just Got 2 Have It! In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks primarily related to bathroom and shower installation services. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of modern bathroom and shower systems, demonstrates exceptional technical and problem-solving skills, and maintains strong commitment towards providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of bathroom fixtures and equipment, which include bathtubs, showerheads, faucets, drains, etc.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and installation diagrams to effectively perform installation tasks.
• Ensuring all installations are carried out following safety regulations and company policies.
• Providing cost estimates for installation services, as well as suggesting appropriate fixtures based on customers' preferences and budget.
• Collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure all customer queries and concerns regarding installation are resolved in a timely manner.
• Keeping thorough records of all services provided, including details of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Regularly updating knowledge of new installation techniques, equipment, and safety procedures in the field of bathroom installation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in bathroom and shower installation, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the principles and practices in plumbing, specifically in the installation of bathroom and shower systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently.
• Proven customer service skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to different job sites.
