**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access control at the entrance and exit points, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel as needed.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the location.
+ Assist with emergency response activities according to site protocols, providing support and communication as necessary.
+ Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities through a professional presence at the front desk.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
