M&A Associate Attorney (Hybrid)
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm for an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta practice. This mid-level role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to work on sophisticated corporate transactions across a nationally respected M&A platform.
What You’ll Do
• Lead portions of complex M&A matters, helping manage deal flow and transaction milestones.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary contracts, and other transaction documents.
• Perform and summarize due diligence on private companies, including work involving private equity clients.
• Partner directly with corporate executives, investors, bankers, and internal deal teams to keep transactions moving efficiently.
• Coordinate with subject-matter specialists across the firm to support tax, finance, regulatory, and commercial components of each deal.
What You’ll Bring
• A law degree from a U.S. institution and active admission to the Georgia Bar.
• Hands-on experience handling corporate or M&A work in a reputable law firm environment.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to balance multiple transactions, communicate clearly with clients, and operate with confidence and accountability.
