Registered Behavioral Technician (Walnut Grove)

Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Gwinnett County, GA

Pay: $28/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs)

Job Summary
We are seeking RBTs to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide intensive behavioral intervention services to children with ASD and other developmental delays in home and school settings throughout the Metro Atlanta area. The RBT is responsible for direct implementation of behavior intervention programs, accurate documentation, collaboration with supervising BCBAs/BCaBAs, and supporting clients in achieving meaningful developmental progress.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide Both one-on-one & group therapy sessions

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA/BCaBA

• Collect & graph behavioral data accurately

• Maintain & update client program books & weekly program writing

• Support development in communication, adaptive behavior, social skills, self-care, and motor skills

• Maintain professional communication with families and clinical supervisors while Ensuring confidentiality for all clients and families

• Participate in ongoing training & professional development

• Travel between locations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RBT Certification

• Strong understanding of ABA strategies including DTT, PECS, PRT

• Excellent communication & organizational skills

• Ability to work independently & collaboratively

• Ability to stand & move for extended periods

• Ability to carry up to 25 pounds
