We are looking for a Dock clerk that wanting to join our team in Bloomingdale GA. As a key member of our team, you will perform a variety of clerical duties to support daily office operations. Your responsibilities will include managing communication by answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence with customers and employees. You'll also maintain and update essential office systems by compiling, sorting, and filing records, as well as managing calendars, arranging appointments, and processing documents. Great organizational skills are a must, as you'll be responsible for inventory, ordering supplies, and handling business transactions like bills, invoices, and checks. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of related work experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, various office machines, and filing systems. This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, perform a variety of physical office tasks, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. You will need to be able to work collaboratively with coworkers and respond professionally to feedback. Responsibilities
