Litigation Paralegal
A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing complex litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage case files from inception through trial
- Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts
- Coordinate discovery, document production, and subpoenas
- Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Review and summarize medical records, transcripts, and case documents
- Maintain calendars and litigation deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with state and federal court filings
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures
- Experience with discovery and trial preparation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Paralegal certificate preferred
