The Finish Line Macy's - Assistant Manager performs sales and customer service tasks for a Finish Line shop located inside of Macy's department store by performing the following duties. Sample Responsibilities:

• Performs sales and customer service responsibilities for a Finish Line shop inside of Macy's.
• Performs cashiering, stockroom upkeep and store upkeep as needed.
• Maintains company standards regarding personal and store sales metrics.
• Complies with company standards
• Responsible for daily and weekly paperwork
• Responsible for inventory.
• Ability to develop a team
• Desire to move up in the company
• Detail oriented

This position requires that the candidate who receive this position take any of the following stores once a Store Manager position becomes available.

• Northpoint Mall
• Stonecrest Mall
• Southlake Mall
• Town Center Cobb
• Cumberland Mall

• Requires standing approximately 7-9 hours per day usually 5 days per week, including nights and weekends.
• During peak sale periods (e.g. Holiday, Back-to-School), will work for long periods throughout a 1 - 12 hour day.
• Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer's feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.
• May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.
• Required to lift items weighing 5 - 25 lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers.
• Must have open availability.
