Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist who will help to shape and implement data strategies to ensure the company stays on the leading edge of technology and delivers solutions for consumers and partners. You will contribute across the whole organization, from marketing, sales, to product, and help to build solid relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune ML models to support product understanding, enrichment, and search across large retailer catalogs


• Design and maintain dashboards ad reports tracking business and model performance, data quality, and business KPIs for stakeholders


• Perform EDA on large-scale catalogs, behavioral, and transactional data to surface actional able product and customer insights


• Partner with ML engineering teams to deploy models and pipelines into production ensuring reliability and scalability


• Translate ambiguous business questions into concrete data questions with measurable outcomes


• Monitor deployed models over time, identifying draft and iterating to maintain performance

Minimal Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in data science and Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in quantitative field


• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis


• Hands-on experience building and evaluating ML models (classification, regression, clustering, ranking)


• Hands-on experience with BI or dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)


• Familiarity with NLP techniques – text preprocessing, embeddings, transformer-based models, or similar


• Experience working with large datasets


• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders


• Experience in Databricks is a huge plus!
