Gutter installer Crew Chief

We are looking for an experienced gutter installer looking to move up to a crew chief level position. We have a complete rig to run gutters including ladders, gutter machine and tools, we just need you! You will be an employee of a fast growing renovation business in one of the best markets in the Atlanta metro area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner and be able to communicate with customers and senior management
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
• Inspects work for the highest quality
• Attention to detail when working at customer’s property
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Be able to manage one or two other installers to maximize productivity

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one year successfully installing gutters on residential properties
• Good customer service skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check

Compensation: Pay is based on amount installed; $1.00 per ft for crew chief, 75 cents a foot for helper and $2.50 per ft for 3 man crew
