Grind Heart Fitness is seeking a versatile and passionate Group Class & Personal Trainer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who excels in both dynamic group environments and one-on- one client settings, committed to helping individuals reach their fitness goals through expert guidance and motivation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-energy group classes focused on strength, conditioning, flexibility, and core performance.
- Design and deliver personalized training programs for 1:1 and semi-private clients.
- Track member progress through 3D body scans and performance assessments
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safe exercise practices.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and driven gym culture. Requirements:
- Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience leading group classes and delivering personal training.
- Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Professional, dependable, and a team player Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with stretch/recovery programming
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools and technology
