Client Journey Planning Advisor
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Journey Planning Advisor to guide clients through each stage of coordinating personalized trip arrangements. This remote-friendly position focuses on organization, research, and responsive communication to ensure every client receives efficient and professionally managed service from initial inquiry to final confirmation.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients to understand their goals, timelines, and budgets, then research suitable options aligned with their preferences. Responsibilities include developing customized itineraries, coordinating reservations, confirming details with suppliers, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also provide timely updates and manage schedule adjustments when needed. This service-focused role is ideal for professionals who value precision, consistency, and delivering dependable client care.
