Warehouse Operations Operator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks (inter-company deliveries, vendors, off-site warehouse)
- Locate, retrieve, and replenish products using FEFO methodology; move pallets on the dock
- Stack/transport products from larger sterilization pallets to regular pallets, then move them by forklift to the dock
- Complete all assigned duties safely and timely, maintaining an acceptable work area per GMP standards, and adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP
- Perform warehouse associate duties and train new hires on RF functions as required
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, wearing safety shoes as required
Experience Required
- Experience in the safe operation of material handling equipment, including Cherry picker and/or Reach lift
Skills & Certifications
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
- Capability to work under minimal supervision and perform in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong concentration, alertness, and teamwork skills
- Good verbal communication and basic math skills
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Licensed to operate material handling equipment
- Capability to meet physical demands such as walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, hearing, twisting, lifting, frequent use of hands, and lifting over 50 lbs in some areas
