Vice-President – TriMarc Installation

TriMarc Installation, a Division of Atlanta Design Group headquartered in Norcross, GA, has an immediate opening for a Vice-President . This position reports directly to the Owner, President & CEO of Atlanta Design Group.

About TriMarc Installation

TriMarc Installation is a premier “white glove” installation service specializing in fine furniture, artwork, mirrors, and accessories for Interior Designers, builders, and design firms. We serve residential, commercial, and model home projects across the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest for some of the nation’s top home builders.

The Role

The Vice-President will provide leadership, training, and support for both traveling and local installation crews, while overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of its 40,000 SF Norcross, GA facility and it newly expanded 16,000 SF facility in Nashville, TN . This individual will work closely with clients and staff to ensure projects are completed with TriMarc’s high standards of service, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch.
• Manage fleet maintenance and equipment inventory.
• Lead and develop installation crews; provide ongoing training and team motivation.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Serve as the on-call point of contact outside normal business hours.
• Conduct performance audits during moves to ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Manage the damage resolution process when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, operations, or installation services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
• Proven success managing multi-site or regional operations , including staffing, scheduling, and fleet management.
• Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations with demonstrated experience ensuring compliance and safety.
• Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L oversight .
• Demonstrated ability to build, train, and inspire high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent TriMarc professionally to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics, dispatch, or ERP systems.
• Customer-first leadership style with a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and capable of stepping into operational roles when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
