**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or incidents.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related concerns within the location.
+ Monitor for suspicious activity and report security-related incidents according to established protocols.
+ Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and/or emergency services during incidents as required.
+ Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation as directed by Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
+ Adhere to all site-specific guidelines regarding the use of firearms and other security-related equipment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Possess an armed guard card or license.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
