We are scaling our national team and seeking motivated, disciplined individuals for a fully remote Life & Health Insurance Agent role. This position offers complete flexibility, top-tier training, and full access to all systems at no cost. Whether you are experienced or entering the industry for the first time, we provide everything needed to build a successful and long-term career.

Due to high demand, we are opening a limited number of agent seats during this hiring cycle.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients seeking Life & Health insurance solutions

- Conduct needs-based consultations via phone or Zoom

- Present policy options in a clear, compliant, and professional manner

- Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up in the CRM

- Engage in continuous training to improve results and performance

Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer interaction skills

- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Previous sales, customer service, or call experience is helpful but not required

- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (Company covers all pre-licensing costs)

Compensation

This is a 100% commission role with no income caps. High-performing agents consistently see substantial income growth due to our lead system, training, and support structure.
