Salesforce IT Architect
Remote
Rate: $90/hour - $100/hour w-2
Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce IT Architect to work on a 6-month contract-to-hire remote role. The SR IT Architect will Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, a 401 (k) plan with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities:· Establish a robust architectural framework integrating Salesforce with hybrid and multi-cloud platforms.
· Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including design documents, diagrams, and data models.
· Drive adoption of best practices in data governance, compliance, and performance optimization.
· Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, recommending strategic improvements to leverage new capabilities.
· Architect hybrid and multi-cloud environments, integrating Salesforce with on-premises and other cloud platforms.
· Define, document, and evangelize the data integration patterns between Salesforce and the ecosystem (AWS, GCP, SaaS, PaaS, and On-Prem)
· Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business strategies and outcomes.
Experience Requirements:·10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture specializing in Salesforce
· Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks
· Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Data Cloud.
· Salesforce Architect certification required (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect).
· Cloud Focused: Expertise in Google Cloud, AWS, and cloud native architectures.
· Data Focused: AI/ML frameworks, Big Data, BI Tools, Reporting
· Middleware Focused: Proficient in integration technologies including MuleSoft, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
· Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with enterprise-level collaboration experience.
Education Requirements:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
