We are looking for a dependable and motivated Tow Truck Operator to join our team. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will play a critical role in providing safe, professional, and timely towing and recovery services to our customers and community.

Responsibilities:

• Operate rollback and/or wheel-lift tow trucks to perform local and long-distance tows.

• Respond to dispatch calls quickly and professionally.

• Provide roadside assistance services (jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery).

• Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles and equipment.

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of your truck and yourself.

• Complete required paperwork and digital records accurately.

• Deliver excellent customer service, showing respect and empathy in stressful situations.

Requirements:

• Valid Georgia driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).

• Clean driving record with no major violations.

• Previous towing or commercial driving experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and be on call as needed.

• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
