Trophy Point Investment Group is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Lead Generation Specialist to identify, connect with, and qualify potential clients for our real estate lending solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our pipeline, setting appointments, and fueling the success of our sales team. Whether full-time or part-time, this flexible remote role is ideal for professionals passionate about real estate, finance, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify qualified leads within the real estate investment industry.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations.
• Qualify prospects and set discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with lead outreach.
• Track lead progress and contribute to optimization of the lead generation strategy.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach goals.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (real estate/finance is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and initiating contact with new prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• U.S.-based and able to work remotely with reliable internet connection.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
