Senior Legal Marketing Coordinator
A national trial law firm is seeking a Sr. Marketing Coordinator for their Atlanta office to support firmwide marketing, business development, and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the marketing committee to support attorney needs and handle day-to-day marketing requests
- Draft and distribute marketing materials, newsletters, bios, website content, and client communications
- Prepare pitches and RFPs with competitive research and analysis
- Plan and execute events from concept through completion
- Manage LinkedIn social media posts and content
- Onboard new attorneys and staff (headshots, bios, announcements)
- Maintain website accuracy and manage document filing systems
- Oversee CLE/CE processes and SWAG inventory
- Manage mailing lists and track event RSVPs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Marketing experience at a law firm or professional services firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SitePilot, LinkedIn, NetDocs/SharePoint
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
