Compensation: $15.00 hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in person, by phone, and by mail regarding court procedures, case status, and documentation.
• Review and process legal documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and manage case files, assign cases to judges, and maintain records.
• Perform data entry, scanning, and indexing of court documents.
• Respond to court orders, deeds, citations, and archive disposed cases.
• Issue subpoenas and sign documents as Deputy Clerk of the Court.
• Collect and process payments, taxes, and recording fees.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, or record-keeping experience

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to interpret instructions and apply procedures
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Professional communication and discretion
