Technical Support Specialist
Technical Support Specialist is needed for a leading industrial manufacturer located in Atlanta, GA. Role is responsible for providing hardware/software support services to onsite client. This is a contract opportunity with overtime potential. This opportunity provides benefits options. APPLY NOW!

work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: High School responsibilities:
- Providing hardware/software support services to onsite client
- Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement repair solutions
- Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity
- Must have at least one (1) year of professional experience providing hardware and software desktop support in a network environment
- Must possess advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Excel)
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Education: High School
