Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a well-supported school district in Sugar Land, Texas to hire a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) for the 20252026 academic year. This role is ideal for professionals who are committed to supporting student success through evaluation, consultation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations

• Participate in eligibility and IEP team meetings

• Provide counseling and intervention services as appropriate

• Collaborate with staff, families, and service providers to support student needs

• Assist with behavior intervention planning and crisis response

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and state requirements

Position Details:

• Full-Time (37.540 hours/week), school-based

• Onsite position at campuses in Sugar Land, TX

• Contract position for the full 20252026 school year

• Caseload may include elementary through high school, depending on district needs

Qualifications:

• Must hold active Texas licensure as an LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology)

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams and families
