- Engage with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound call, emails, and in person
- Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
- Provide quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales with confidence
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work with our GEICO systems to efficiently manage your daily workflow
- Cross sell existing customers with our other product lines
- Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education
- Personal Lines licensed agent (or willingness to obtain)
- Someone with a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
- Driven, coachable, and people oriented individuals
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
