Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a close-knit team of six who are focused on growth, integrity, and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an accountant and later as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in both the financial and customer service sides of the business. Im married, love sports, and our office pup, Peaches, helps keep the environment fun and welcoming. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Thomason - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
