Spirit Wears Custom Goods is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our growing production team!
We are a contract and retail garment decoration company, and we currently need additional help in our heat press and embroidery area . If you enjoy hands-on work, crafts, creating things, or working with apparel, this may be a great opportunity to earn extra income in a flexible part-time position.
While we do require professional embroidery experience, no heat press experience is required—we are willing to train the right person! However, experience with garment decorating, heat presses, DTF transfers, screen-printed transfers, sublimation, embroidery, or apparel production is a plus.
Job duties may include:
• Applying DTF, screen-printed, and sublimation transfers using professional heat presses
• Preparing and organizing garments for production
• Checking placement, quality, and finished products
• Working with embroidered and sublimated patches
• Trimming and finishing embroidered garments
• Job check-in, sorting, and production preparation
• Other light garment production and finishing tasks as needed
Pay: Starting at $15 per hour , with the opportunity to earn up to $25 per hour based on relevant experience, skills, and performance.
Schedule:
• Part-time contract position (1099)
• No guaranteed hours
• Estimated 20–30 hours per week , based on past production needs
• Monday–Friday, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• We may be able to work with some schedule flexibility
We are looking for someone who is dependable, able to follow instructions, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work. This is a hands-on position, and some periods may be busier than others.
Location: Near the intersection of Cumming Highway and East Cherokee Drive
