We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, mentor shift teams, and drive high standards for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, and safety. In this role, you will oversee core logistics functions—including receiving, inventory management, custom order kitting, staging, and shipping.

• Leadership & Team Supervision: Direct, motivate, and mentor daily shift teams across receiving, picking, packing, custom staging, and shipping.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain high fulfillment speed and accuracy while utilizing Lean/5S concepts to optimize warehouse space and streamline product flow.

• Inventory Control: Oversee regular cycle counts, manage stock locations, and reconcile inventory discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Order Staging & Kitting: Oversee custom order requirements, including hardware kitting, specialized cable packaging, and freight preparation.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict OSHA guidelines, safe work practices, and proper power equipment operations (forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks).

• Process Improvement: Track shift KPIs (on-time delivery, order pick accuracy, receiving turn times) and drive continuous process improvements. What You Need

• Experience: 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Skills: Knowledge of warehousing practices, Lean/process flow layouts, and proficiency with computers (Excel, Word, WMS software).

• Certifications: Forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack operator certifications preferred.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading the daily operational flow of the Suwanee distribution facility.
