Emory Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Interventional Radiology team in a new Abdominal Diagnostic Radiology role. The primary worksite will be Emory University Hospital Midtown and Winship Cancer Institute at Emory Midtown, with opportunities for cross-training across other areas. The APP will perform fluoroscopic procedures and manage workflow in diagnostic radiology.

The ideal candidate will have prior clinical radiology experience as an APP or demonstrate a strong interest and commitment to training in radiology. This role offers training and mentoring in a high scope of practice environment.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (5-8's), no weekends, overnight, or call at this time.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating patients, documenting care, conducting interviews, and performing physical exams.
• Performing specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under physician collaboration.
• Leading the fluoroscopic care team, supervising residents, and performing diagnostic procedures.
• Assisting in diagnosis, care planning, and treatment prescriptions.
• Ordering and interpreting laboratory and radiologic tests.
• Educating patients and coordinating care with other providers.
• Participating in professional development and organizational activities.
• On-call weekend responsibilities on a rotational basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure and certification in Georgia and nationally (ANCC or NCCPA).
• At least two years of high-acuity clinical experience.
• Current BLS and other relevant certifications.

Physical & Environmental Requirements: Medium physical effort, occasional standing/walking, exposure to various environmental factors.
